V6 SMP. No "SMP" in the file name, no SMP messages. It can detect how many cores you have, but you need to set -SMP manually, it doesn't even ask a question, instead if you don't set it SM ...

Easiest is to delete all CPU# directories and to run:
./finstall

And to start these 2 FAH clients:
~/foldingathome/folding start

To stop them:
~/foldingathome/folding stop

To check status: ...

One problem not mentioned is the periodic updates for the PS3 and [email protected] programs where you will need a monitor to check for PS3 System Updates and accept the EULA. Restarting [email protected] will load any updates.

If you're only going to be running two to four hours a day you will not meet the smp deadlines. Might want to delete the entire work folder and change your startup script by removing the -smp.
